Personal Information
A Vermont native and Middlebury College graduate, Mike came to Maine for what he thought would be a year to study yacht design. That was twenty-three years ago.
As an avid sailor and gardener, Mike treasures and respects the special qualities and opportunities that life along the Midcoast has to offer. His experience as a custom builder/remodeler and his love for the traditional architecture and forms of the older homes and cottages that are so much a part of our local landscape give him a unique perspective into both new and older homes.
If you are buying, his experience in residential design, remodeling and new construction will be invaluable as you evaluate the homes you find desirable. He can assist you in balancing what you want with what you need as you consider what may be your biggest single financial decision. And if the location is right but the house isn’t quite he can help you with that too.

Mike is a 12 year resident of Topsham’s Historic District where he lives with his wife and daughters. He recently served on the Topsham Public Library Building Committee and is currently on Topsham’s Main Street Committee. His own home is a work in progress.
